22 April 2009OCZ Technology Group declared about release of a series of devices Vertex EX 2,5 “Solid State Drive, which are intended for servers and are intended for maintenance of high speed in corporate appendices.
OCZ Technology notices that, being solid-state stores on the basis of flesh-memory of SLC type with SATA interface, OCZ Vertex EX possess high efficiency and reliability. Already known advantages concern other advantages of products of series OCZ Vertex EX SSD over HDD: compact forms-factors, smaller energy consumption, absolute silence at higher efficiency.
Stores OCZ Vertex EX 2.5″Solid State Drive are presented with 120 Gb models. Speed of work is rather high: 260 Mb/second at reading and 200 Mb/second at recording at 60-GB version, and 120-GB can write down a variant data on 10 Mb/second faster.
