Sony Reader PRS-300 and PRS-600
3 August 2009In the nearest future Japanese company Sony is going to represent two electronic books, which are designated by Reader PRS-300 and Reader PRS-600 indexes accordingly.
These devices will be on sale in the USA, Canada, Great Britain, France, Germany and the Netherlands in silvery, red and black color scores.
Model Sony Reader PRS-300 is equipped with 5-inch touch display and 440 Mb of the built in memory. This module is not provided with wireless communication and flash cards slot. Device weights 220 grams.
Sony Reader PRS-600 is equipped with the 6-inch touch display, 380 Mb of the built in memory, SD format flash cards slot. This electronic book weighs 286 grams.
Sony does not name date of the announcement and cost of electronic books Sony Reader PRS-300 and Sony Reader PRS-600, informing only, that it will present novelties in August, and their estimated cost will make about $300.
